Registration is subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

A registration is considered complete only after successful payment confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated on the specific event registration page, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a ticket, the attendee acknowledges that the registration relates to an event scheduled for a specific date or period and that cancellation rights may be limited or excluded under applicable law.

For events organized or held in Brazil, Spain, member states of the European Union, or any other jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws, OSINTOMATICO will honor and apply any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights required by the applicable legislation.

In particular, OSINTOMATICO recognizes that consumers located in Brazil may benefit from protections established under Brazilian consumer laws, and that consumers located in Spain or other European Union member states may benefit from rights granted under applicable consumer protection regulations, including any specific exceptions applicable to event registrations and tickets for events scheduled on a specific date.

If an attendee is unable to attend an event for personal reasons, no refund shall be due unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If OSINTOMATICO cancels an event, attendees may be offered, at OSINTOMATICO's discretion:

• A full refund;
• A transfer to a rescheduled event; or
• A credit toward a future event.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the attendee's country of residence or the country where the event is held.

We reserve the right to modify:

• Dates
• Schedules
• Speakers
• Venues
• Event content
• when reasonably necessary.

Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behavior disrupts the event or negatively affects other participants.

All website content, branding, materials, presentations, recordings, and related content remain the property of OSINTOMATICO or their respective owners.

No content may be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSINTOMATICO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or participation in any event.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the attendee for the relevant event.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to OSINTOMATICO CORPORATE, LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of the user's country of residence.
